WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?

We recommend you bring a DSLR/Mirrorless (entry level is fine) camera and at least one lens. Extra lenses, and/or a flash are a plus.


CAN I BRING A DRONE OR GOPRO?

Yes, you can, although there are no specific workshops about drone photography or using a GoPro. Drones cannot be used in Panama City without a permit.


HOW MANY Students ARE THERE?

Group sizes are kept small (10 people max) so each student can receive proper one-on-on attention from instructors.


DO I NEED A VISA?

Most passport holders do not require a visa to visit Panama. For more information please see the Visa Policy of Panama.

Do COUPLES get a discount?

Yes, there is a discounted rate for couples who would like to come together. Please advise if you would like to apply as a couple.


DO I PURCHASE MY OWN FLIGHT?

Yes all students are required to book their own flight scheduled to arrive to Tocumen International Airport (PTY) on or before the selected trip start date.


DO I NEED TRAVEL INSURANCE?

Yes, all students are encouraged to purchase their own travel insurance before they arrive in Panama.

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY TRIP?

We accept all major credit card payments. Trip payments are split into three. A deposit, first payment and second payment.


CAN I STAY IN PANAMA LONGER?

Yes. Panama has many incredible places to see. If you would like to stay in Panama longer simply book your flight to arrive before or leave after your selected trip dates.


HOW DIFFICULT ARE THE HIKES?

The most difficult hike is the Jaguar Falls hike which takes approximately 6 hours and includes brief periods with a steep incline.
